Accentuate the Positive!

Am bored out of my mind. Just completed a 10-K run this morning. I placed second in my division with a time of 36:07 (hr:mi). I mean, it wasn't like, my best time ever, but it was certainly better than I'm used to getting these days. I personally blame the holidays and the fabulous food my nina keeps making me.

Am still advertising for some help on my website! Please, please, PLEASE help meeker out! I don't know what to do with myself at this point! There's simply nothing I can do to get people to help me out! So, please, please contact me at my aforementioned email address.

Hey ya'll. Haven't been able to write for a couple days because I've had a concert two nights in a row. I song with my octet, and played acoustic guitar. It was absolutely magical. I loved it to death. We made $1,987 in donations, and $4,701 in ticket sales, which is a hell of a lot more than I expected! Plus, we're now going to work with an agent who wants to cut a demo! How fabbity-fab is that?

Anyways, I'm still looking for a person to help me out with the FOG website, so I'm going to keep on advertising for help. Anything at this point would be greatly appreciated! I cannot stress the importance of helping out people in need (like me!)

Not much going on today. Am currently working on a project dealing with the Andre Dubus novel, "House of Sand and Fog'. Am bored out of my mind by it. Am also harboring deep affection for the teen-aged Esmail, who is quite possibly the only decent character throughout the book. Am also self-lessly promoting my new Harry Potter Universe Fanfiction, The Punch Line, which is currently residing at Fanfiction dot net and Fiction Alley. I highly suggest reading it; it's one of very few Tonks-Hermione interactions I've written that doesn't seem to turn into some lesbian fest. Anywho, please review!

Eh, nothing too interesting going on today. I'm kind of bored. I sold mistletoe with my ex-boyfriend. That was somewhat akward, especially when a couple guys from one of my classes came by and started snickering about how we broke up. Yuck. Anyways, we made $600 dollars in donations in seven hours, so there.


Also, I began updating my website FOG, so I think ya'll should go check it out. It's not much, but I put in a pass-it-on button and put down a somewhat interesting new poll. Hello! I've tried so many countless times to create a blog for myself, and I'm finally buckling down to do it. This Blog was inspired by the movie "Whale Rider", and my somewhat unhealthy fetish for the Andrew Sisters.
